To ensure your project’s structural integrity, an adult must be present for a brief internal inspection of the attic. If your access is located within a closet, we require the homeowner to remain within eyesight for the duration of that portion of the visit. We are happy to provide and dispose of protective plastic sheeting to keep your clothing and belongings clean during the process. Please note that for safety and liability reasons, we cannot perform inspections if only unattended minors are on the property.
